The Culture of Service Video is a rare glimpse at the struggles and triumphs that local Northwest Arkansas leaders share as they strive to be culturally competent.
This thought-provoking 30-minute video is designed increase awareness and understanding about cultural competency and how best to serve our diverse community. Through community leaders sharing both personal stories and professional insights, the Culture of Service Video allows us all to learn a little more about how we can be welcoming and inclusive of others.
